• $200.00 per 50 minute session (initial intake)
• $200.00 per 50 minute session (couples / families)
• $150.00 per 50 minute session (individual)

Insurance

I am a Provider for most local insurance plans. Because every insurance plan offers different mental health benefits, I am unable to provide you with any information regarding your specific plan, coverage, or out-of-pocket costs. In order to ensure that you are fully informed of your mental health coverage and out-of-pocket expenses. Prior to your initial intake session, I will provide you with an Insurance Verification Form, which you can use to contact your insurance company in order to obtain a detailed description of what is covered and what you are expected to pay for services.
